NEW MOVE
He is the first Singaporean gymnast to have a move named after him. He performed a 'slow back roll to V Cross' during the 2013 World Championships and was the first to compete this original move in world-level competitions. The International Gymnastics Federation confirmed that the move is to be called 'the Tay'. (The Straits Times, 05 Oct 2013)
